Chicken & Veg
1
pack Tesco mixed seasonal veg (carrots, onions, leek, swede)
celery,
1 med potato, 1 red pepper, 1 Tin tomatoes, chicken (B)
brown
rice, chicken bovril, tabasco sauce, cayenne pepper
&
the magic ingredient some cinnamon bark!!
Cut
veggies into chunks & finely dice the spud.
Brown
chicken in big saucepan using frylight - remove, add veg & cook them for a
bit - stick the chicken back in then add the toms, cayenne , tabasco, &
cinnamon bark - after about 20 mins add the bovril & water.
Boil
it up & add the rice - when it's cooked it's scrummy!!!
Stir
in some fat free fromage frais to make it REALLY special
