Smashing chicken
(for 2 people)
2 chicken breasts
1 onion
Half a cucumber
Oyster sauce
Garlic
Ginger powder
Salt & pepper
Noodles
Using a wok is best for this. Chop and fry
the onion in a little oil, when nearly cooked, add the garlic and ginger.
Chop the chicken into strips and cook, stirring constantly until
browned. Add seasoning at any time, to taste. Add some oyster
sauce and continue to cook. Then add roughly chopped cucumber, and cook
for two minutes only, until warmed through.
Cook the noodles as per packet instructions.
Serve:
Either serve with the noodles, or toss the noodles
in with the mixture before serving.
I think this works
out sin free on Green if you have the chicken as a HE B & sin free on Red if
you leave out the rice & potato!!
