Tortilla Bake


Serves 2

11pp per serving/2pp on F&H


250g Extra Lean Mince Beef (8)

2 x WW Tortilla Wraps (5)

60g Lowlow Grated Cheese (5)

1 Tin Sweetcorn (2)

30ml Worcestershire Sauce (1)

2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup (1)

1 Beef Stock Cube (0)

1 Tin Tomatoes (0)

1 Red Pepper (0)

Chilli and Garlic Seasoning


Preheat oven Gas 4.

Fry Mince and Onion in wok using frylight.

Add Pepper, tinned tomatoes and all seasoning.

Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Cut Tortillas in half.

In a pyrex dish, put half of the mince mixture, followed by a third of the cheese mixture and a layer of tortillas (2 halves).

Repeat the process, ending with the rest of the cheese.

Bake for about 15 minutes.

Serve with salad or salsa
