MOZZARELLA AND CHICKEN PASTA
Serves 2
Syn Free, if using Mozzarella as HEX's
300g whole-wheat pasta
100g cooked, sliced chicken
130g reduced fat Mozzarella
300g passata with garlic
Cook the pasta according to pack instructions.
Whilst cooking, heat the passata, adding the
chicken slices and bringing to the boil. Simmer gently until thoroughly heated
through.
Add to the pan the cooked, drained pasta and
the torn Mozzarella. Heat over a medium heat, then serve in warmed bowls with
black pepper sprinkled over.
Could also add in some cooked mushroom slices,
halved cherry tomatoes and some cooked bacon. Maybe a sprinkle of paprika too.
