MANDARIN ORANGE
SURPRISE
5 sins for
whole pudding – Green and Red days.
298g Tin mandarin oranges in natural juice – drained weight 175g – 3 sins
450g very low fat set natural yoghurt
1 sachet of orange sugar free jelly – 2 sins
Chop up
mandarins.
Dissolve
jelly in _ pint boiling water.
Whisk together yoghurt and jelly.
Add mandarins.
Leave in
fridge to set, for 2 – 3 hours.
