Beefburgers with Oxtail Soup
From the kitchen of  CASPERELLA

servings |  3
estimated Points® per serving | 5

480gm Lean minced beef
One chopped onion
One beef stock cube
Mixed herbs
Seasoning to taste
One large egg to bind

Mix ingredients together in large bowl. Use a none stick frying pan and spray oil. Form into six beefburgers and cook well for 20 to 25 mins. Heat oxtail soup and pour over as a sauce
