BBQ Fat Free Chips

1 large potato
salt, pepper & BBQ Seasoning
Fry Light

Score the potato with a knife and put it in the microwave for 4 minutes on each side (or until the skin is puckered and it is soft).

Take a large knife and cut it in half, then half again and randomly hack at it until it's in uneven chunks.

Spray a baking tray with frylight and season the tray with the salt, pepper and BBQ seasoning.

Throw the potatoes onto the tray and then give them a quick spritz with frylight, add a bit more seasoning to flavour and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes or until crispy.

Share if you are feeling generous and halve the points... if not, eat them all yourself!  

Goes very well with veggie and cheese omelette!
