Potato Wedge Seasoning (optional)
150g sweet potato
Preheat oven to 200 C.
Preheat oven 200'C. Cut potato into chips.
Lightly coat each chip in oil (Spray some oil onto a plate and roll them/use fingers/pastry brush!).
If using seasoning, roll chips in seasoning.
Place in oven and cook for 10-20 mins (depending on the thickness of the chips) until soft in the centre.
