Shortbread Sundae
Strawberries
4 tablespoons of Light Cream (the Squirty aerosol stuff) – (1 syn)
Sweetener
1/5 pack of 100 calorie shortbreads (1 syn)
Get a wine glass or sundae type glass
Chop Strawberries and place in to glass
Sprinkle with some sweetener
Add the cream on top
Add the biscuits (roughly broken up)
(I live in canada so you may not be able to get the 100 calorie packs, if not
use a similar in syn value of biscuit, perhaps half a biscuit broken up. You
don’t need much).
