Lemon
and Blueberry Tray Bake
500ml of fat free natural yoghurt
2 scoops/pots of the 500ml yoghurt of
porridge oats
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 lemons juice and their zest (to
personal taste)
200g of blueberries
Cap full of vanilla essence
1tbsp skimmed milk
1 egg

Pop the yoghurt in a bowl
Add the two pots of porridge oats
Add in the lemon juice & zest
Add in vanilla
Add in baking powder
Add in the egg, once beaten
150 of the blueberries

Pop all into a lined baking tray
Add the 50g of blue berries to the
top
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Cook for 50 mins @ 180, take out and
cool
Cut into 3 sections lengthways and
cut every 3 inch or so.
Save in an airtight container in the fridge
and you have a zero point snacks for when the munchies attack :)
