low fat spread
3 oz (65g)
caster sugar
5 oz (142g)
plain flour
½ tsp.
baking powder
2 sachets
Options Mint
1 tbsp milk
Preheat
oven 200°C, 400°F, Gas 6.
Mix low fat
spread and caster sugar until smooth and creamy, then beat in Options. Fold in sieved flour and baking powder,
adding milk if necessary.
Roll out on
lightly floured board to ¼” (½cm), and cut out biscuits with a 2” (5cm)
cutter. Put on lightly oiled tin or use
non-stick baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes
and cool on wire rack.
