 1 Tub of 0% Total Greek Yoghurt
 1 dessert Spoon of Lemon Curd


Very simple & quick & tasty this one!

Take the Meringue Nest and spoon in the 0% Yoghurt.
Finally add the Lemon Curd to the top of the yoghurt.
 

·         It will take the look of a fried egg! (hense the name) But will taste like Lemon Meringue Pie without the Points
