Chocolate nests

Chocolate nests

125g (4.5 oz) dark chocolate
40g (1.5 oz) polyunsaturated marg
3 shredded wheat
24 mini chocolate eggs

1. Melt the chocolate and marg together by putting them into a large heatproof bowl placed over a saucepan of gently simmering water. When smooth and melted, remove from the heat.

2. Break up the shredded wheat biscuits and stir into the chocolate mixture.

3. Spoon the mixtures into paper bun cases, making slight depressions in the centre of each one to form a nest. chill in the fridge until firm, about 20 mins.

4. Serve with 3 tiny chocolate eggs in each nest.

nb you can reduce the points by having just 1 chocolate mini egg.
