Campbell’s Chicken, Leek and Bacon Pasta

3 medium chicken breast, uncooked, skinless
300 g uncooked pasta
1 medium onion(s)
1 clove garlic
1 small portion mushrooms
5 rasher Sainsbury's Be Good to Yourself Smoked Bacon Medallions
1 can Campbell’s Condensed 99% Fat Free Mushroom Soup
100 g Tesco Healthy Living Light Soft Cheese

1. Fry Chicken and bacon until brown. Add leeks and garlic and fry until softened.
2. Meanwhile cook pasta.
3. Stir in mushroom soup and low fat soft cheese and heat through.
4. Stir in pasta and serve.
