Zingy Lemon Pasta

Zingy Lemon Pasta

Serves 1

4 pts per serving

Core recipe

40g dried pasta
1 egg
2 tbsp natural yogurt
juice of ½ lemon
chopped parsley


Cook the pasta as directed on the pack.  Mix the remaining ingredients into a bowl.  Drain pasta and return to the pan and whilst hot add the sauce.  Cook over a very low heat until the sauce thickens.
