Indian Lentils

Indian Lentils

Core recipe

1 Tsp vegetable oil
1 Brown Onion (cut into wedges)
1 Tomato (diced)
1/2 t Tumeric
1/2 t Cumin
200g canned lentils (drained)

Heat oil in pan
Stir fry onion until soft
Add in tumeric and cumin and heat until fragrant
Add in tomato and cook until slightly soft
Add in lentils and heat through
