Red Fred Special

Red Fred Special

Serves 4

Points per serving:  4½

340 g can corned beef.
6/8 tablespoons tomato sauce.
1 large onion, peeled and finely diced.
Worcester Sauce or mustard to taste.
Pepper to taste.

Chop the corned beef into a mixing bowl. Add prepared onion.


Mix in tomato sauce with a good dollop of Worcester Sauce or a teaspoon of made mustard.  Either mix to coat OR mash well for a sandwich filling.

Serve as a topping for Jacket potato (remember to add in the Points for the potato), or  use as a sandwich filling remembering to add the Points for the bread and spread.
