Peanutty Chicken
Serves 4
Points per serving 4
4 x 150g chicken breasts, skinless & boneless
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp lemon juice
few drops Tabasco
1 tsp turmeric
Mix peanut butter, lemon juice, Tabasco
Cook on a preheated barbecue for 20-25 ins turning
frequently until juices run clear when a small knife is inserted into the
centre of the chicken.
Alternatively, grill the chicken until cooked.
