1 onion,sliced
450g turkey breast strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1" (2.5cm) fresh root ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
8 okra, sliced
4 large chillis, seeded & chopped (or to taste)
200g brown rice
Fry onion and turkey strips in oil for 5 min until turkey is
lightly browned.
Add ginger, garlic, tomatoes & seasoning. Bring to
the boil, cover and simmer for 15min until turkey is cooked.
Cool, stir in okra and chillies.
