300g corned
beef (13½ pts)
onion
250g low fat
cottage cheese (2½ pts)
3 medium eggs
(4pts)
salt, pepper
& herbs
Chop corned
beef and onion and place in an ovenproof dish.
Beat eggs and
mix in the cottage cheese.
Pour over the
corned beef.
Bake at Gas
5/190ºC for 30-40 mins
