Bacon or Ham Dip

Bacon or Ham Dip

Core recipe

4 rashers grilled lean bacon or
4 slices lean ham
4 tbsp. chopped chives
250ml plain no fat yoghurt
6 tbsp. quark
1/4 tsp. paprika
8 drops tabasco sauce
2 cloves garlic crushed

Grill bacon and place between 2 pieces of kitchen towel to soak excess fat away.
Chop into small pieces [if using ham just chop up].
In a bowl, mix well the other ingredients.
Fold in the meat.

Cool in fridge for a few hours before serving.
