Serves 1
Blend a 400g tin of tomatoes with herbs in a
processor with 1 chopped sapring onion and 1 tsp ground cumin. Transfer
to a pan and add ¼ pt veg stock. Simmer for 5 mins and season to taste.
Nice served with some extra light philly in to make
it creamy.(Count points for this if on full choice)
