Chilli Soup

No Count Recipe

Serves 2


Dry fry 50g lean minced beef in a pan with 1 tsp chilli powder until browned.  Add 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes and 275 ml hot beef stock and stir well.  Add 25g long grain rice and simmer for 15 mins until the rice is cooked.  Season & serve.
