Yogurt Jelly Mousse

jelly, low fat yogurt
Dissolve sugar free in a
little bit of boiling water. Leave to cool for a minute. Then add the low fat
yogurt and stir in. Top up with cold water to required level. Leave to cool.
But whilst it is cooling stir once to mix up yogurt again.
The only points for this
desert are the points for the yogurt. As a little treat add some fruit too, but
don't foget to add the points for the fruit.
