Tinned stir fry

Small tin tuna in brine
Tinned sweetcorn
Tinned carrots
A courgette or mushrooms chopped
Chinese five spice powder
Lemon juice
Soy sauce

Add any fresh vegetables to the heated wok first (no oil needed)
Add tuna and tinned vegetables and warm through for a few minutes
Add spices, lemon juice and soy sauce
Heat through for another minute and serve.  

Simple and fast when in a hurry
Can be adapted to any tinned/frozen veg
A nice big plateful when you are really hungry!
