Chicken in tomato with pasta

Here's a great meal idea from the kitchen of Wild-Flower.


Diced chicken
1 tin of tomatoes
1 tin of sweetcorn
1 red and green pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1 garlic clove or 2 for stronger taste
wholemeal pasta
fry light spray


Spray a frying pan with fry light spray ans soften the onion and garlic,add the chicken and fry until chicken is almost cooked,Add the peppers and sweetcorn and tomatoes and bring to the boil
add mixed herbs and simmer for 20mins,meanwhile cook the pasta.
when the pasta is cooked serve with the chicken in tomato on top.
