THAI TURKEY BURGERS

THAI TURKEY BURGERS

Pack lean turkey mince (approx 450gm)
3-4 crushed krisprolls
bunch coriander, stalks removed and finely chopped.
2 tblspn ThaiFish/Soy/Teriyaki sauce
2 tblspn Lime juice (or juice and grated rind of 1 lime if you can be bothered!)
5-6 spring onions (trimmed of the green bits and finely chopped)
1 red chilli finely chopped (optional)


Thoroughly combine all ingredients in large bowl with hands.
Shape into approx 8 burgers

Grill or fry with a little frylite for approx 20 minutes on low heat until cooked through, turning once or twice.
