Mushroom Fajitas
Place mushrooms and garlic to a baking dish. Add fajitas
seasoning mix and water. Bake in the oven for about 30 mins. When done fill a
tortilla with some of the drained mushrooms, salsa sauce, half fat soured
cream, lettuce, chopped tomatoes and onion. Plus grated cheese if desired.
You could make your own 0 point salsa. 
Either skin and deseed some tomatos or use canned ones 
put in some chopped chilli 
very finely chopped red onion 
some lime juice 
a handful of fresh chopped corriander 
And thats it. Leave it in a bowl in the fridge or just covered for a 
few hours to really improve the flavour - it's delish!
