Chicken in Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Free on Red
(I used chicken thighs as they were on offer!)
Chicken pieces
Garlic
Onion
Mushrooms
Chicken Bovril
From Frais
Using Fry-Light fry off the chicken pieces - remove
from pan & fry the garlic & onions.
When softened put the chicken back in &
add the mushrooms plus the bovril & some water. Braise everything together
until the chicken is cooked & the bovril reduced down then remove the
chicken from the pan again. Remove the pan fron the heat & add a dollop
or 2 of from frais the the mushroom & onion sauce then pour over the chicken.
