Super Slimmer Sangria

200ml red
wine (I used a cheap Rioja)
200ml pure orange juice no added sugar
175ml diet tango
175ml diet lemonade
selection of fruit chopped into large pieces; half each orange, lemon, lime,
apple
lots of ice cubes
Put all liquids into a jug,
add ice cubes and prepared fruits, stir and serve
From my reckoning a jugful of
this recipe is 4 points (this will depend on OJ used) but the estimated points
per serving won't divide this down properly. I used my bottle of wine to make 3
jugfuls (kept using same fruit) and had a bit of wine leftover for an undiluted
glug at the end too!!!
