Macaroni with creamy cheese sauce.
Serve
4-6
1lb (450g) Pasta shells
2 tubs of Quark, at room
temperature
4 tablespoons of grated
Parmesan or other medium-fat cheese
4-5 fl oz (100-150ml)
skimmed milk at room temperature
Freshly ground black
pepper
Cook pasta until al
dente.
Meanwhile, process the
quark, cheese and milk until very well combined. Scrape into a warm bowl.
Drain the pasta and
immediately toss it into the cheese mixture.
Grind in some black
pepper and serve at once.
Use
the milk from your allowance and the cheese as a 'b' and the rest is free!
