Turkey Stuffed Pitta Bread
Serves 2/prep and cooking time = 15 mins
Points per recipe = 4
Points per serving = 2
100g raw turkey mince
1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp of mild chilli powder
Salt n pepper
2 mini pitta breads
Canned spray oil
1. Spray a non-stick pan with spray oil and heat. Fry the turkey mince,
onion and pepper. Add the chilli powder. Season to taste.
2. Slit the top of pitta bread and warm, fill with turkey mix and serve.
