PLUM &
BANANA CRUMBLE

Filling:
600g ripe
Victoria Plums, halved and stoned
2 large bananas,
cut into 2.5cm lengths
1 tbsp caster
sugar
Crumble:
125g plain
flour
½ tsp
cinnamon or mixed spice
75g low fat
spread
2 tbsp
demerara sugar
50g porridge
oats
Preheat oven
to Gas6/200ºC/350ºF
Prepare the
filling. Mix the plums, banana and sugar together and place in an ovenproof
dish (850ml size). Spoon over 4 tbsp water.
To make the
crumble, place the flour, spice, low fat spread and sugar into a bowl and rub
together until it resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in the oats
Sprinkle the
topping over the fruit,
