Crockpot Carrot Pudding
Serves 4
Core 1 pt whole recipe (or use sweetener)

4 carrots; cooked, grated
1 small onion, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
Mix all ingredients together in crock pot. Cover and cook on HIGH 3-4
hours.
