Banana Yogurt Sundae

Banana Yogurt Sundae

Serves 4

Points per serving 3

2 large or 4 small ripe bananas
4 tsp dark muscovado sugar
2 pinches grated nutmeg or cinnamon or mixed spice
300g low fat bio yogurt
3 reeduced fat digestive biscuits

Peel and slice the bananas into 4 sundae dishes.

Mix the sugar and spice into the yogurt.  Spoon on top of fruit.


Crush bicuits and sprinkle on top of yogurt.  Serve lightly chilled.
