Grape Filo Tarts

Serves 65 sheet filo pastry, thawed if frozen
5 spray low-fat cooking spray
200 g grapes, red or green, seedless
1 large egg(s)
150 g low-fat soft cheese
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
20 g caster sugar
3 tablespoon skimmed milk
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4/180°C/fan oven 160°C/350°F.
Cut the pile of thawed filo pastry sheets into 6 squares, measuring about 12cm (5 inches) square. Lightly spray the separate squares with low fat cooking spray, layering 5 pieces into 6 individual tart tins with a diameter of about 10cm (4 inches).
Place the tart tins on 2 baking sheets. Share the grapes between them.
Beat together the egg, low fat soft cheese, vanilla essence, caster sugar and milk. Pour into the tart tins. Transfer to the oven and bake
