Serves 4
No Count/Core recipe
450g extra lean minced turkey
1 med red onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
225g chestnut mushrooms, finely chopped
1 tbsp tandoori curry powder
2 tsp vegetable bouillon powder
1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
Combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Form into
4 burgers.
Grill under a pre-heated grill for 10 mins each side.
