Spicy Chicken

Spicy Chicken

Serves 4

Blend together, mustard, soy sauce, clove of garlic and root ginger.  Add plain yogurt (approx 150g)

Cover 4 chicken breasts (skinless & boneless) with the mixture and leave in the fridge overnight to marinade.


Bake in a preheated oven, Gas 5/190ºC/375ºF,  for 35-40 mins and serve with a mixed salad.
