Venison Burger

Venison Burger

Makes 4

Both plans: 3 pts per burger

4 venison sausages
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
4 prunes, finely chopped


Heat the oven to Gas 6/200ÂșC

Split the skins of the sausages and remove the sausagemeat.  Place in a bowl with the onions, thyme and prunes.  Season and mix well.  Form into 4 burgers.


Cook in a pan, sprayed with frylight until browned on both sides then put in the oven for 5-6 mins until cooked through.
