600 g Beef Joint
300ml Tomato Juice
100ml Water
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
4 teaspoons Cornflour
1 tablespoon Horseradish Sauce

Place the beef in the slow cooker, in a separate bowl mix
the water, tomato juice and Worcestershire sauce and pour over the beef. cook
on low until the beef is cooked.
Pour the remaining juices from the slow cooker into a pan and add the cornflour and horseradish sauce, bring to the boil and pour over the beef as a gravy.
