Stuffing Balls
Core recipe (if
plain couscous used)
1 pkt
"sammys" easy cook couscous (with wild mushrooms, garlic &
herb)
1 beaten egg
Make the
couscous as per instuctions (using just water). Allow to cool .
Add egg and
mix well. Make into balls and place onto baking tray. Spray with fry light.
Bake on
gas mark 6 till golden and crunchy
