Chicken with a curried yoghurt crust

4 boneless,skinless chicken breasts.
1 clove garlic,crushed
1 inch piece root ginger, finely chopped
1 fresh green chilli
6 tbsp low fat unsweetened yoghurt
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp ground tumeric
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp lime juice
salt and pepper
RELISH
4 medium tomatoes
1/4 cucumber
1 small red onion
2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander
preheat the oven to 190c/375F/gas mark

in a bowl mix together garlic,ginger,chilli,yoghurt,tomato puree,tumeric,garam
masala,lime juice and seasoning.
place the chicken on a baking tray and spread the mixture over the chicken and
bake in the oven for 30-35 mins or untill the chicken is cooked through.
meanwhile make the relish and chill untill required.
serve hot with the relish or leave for at least an hour and slice and serve as
part of a salad
the spicy yoghurt coating would work just as well if spread on
chunky white cod fillet
