Simple Haggis

Simple Haggis

From: Mornflake Oats Recipe Book

Serves 4

Points plan: 5½ per serving (Original points)
Core: 2 pts per serving

450g liver, sliced
1 onion, chopped
frylight
2 tsp salt
50g Atora light vegetable suet
50g mornflake oats
1 tbsp water

Fry the liver in frylight for about 15 mins.  Mince finely and add to the other ingredients.  Place in a greased pudding basin, cover securely with foil or double greaseproof paper and steam for 2 hours.


Turn out and serve with mashed swede and potato.
