4 x basa fillets or other white fish
1/4 cup of water
1 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1 tablespoons of Splenda
1.5 tablespoons of fish sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 fresh small chili pepper, sliced
grated zest of a lime
Lay the fillets in a dish.
Mix the remaining ingredients and bake for 10 mins or until cooked through.
Gas 4/180ºC
