Chinese Marinated Chicken

Chinese Marinated Chicken

Core/Syn free

Serves 1-2

3 Chicken thighs (skinned and boned)
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
½ tsp of ginger
2 cloves of garlic (crushed and chopped finely)
½ tsp of chinese five spice
1 tsp of sweetener
¼ tsp of chilli powder
Spray Oil

Put the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, ginger, garlic, sweetener, five spice and chill powder into a bowl.
Add the chicken thighs and leave to marinate for approx 1 hour.
Spray a griddle pan or george foreman with some spray oil and cook chicken until cooked through.
