Leek and Stilton Tart

Leek and Stilton Tart
Points per serving 8 (Original points)
Serves 4

Fat free spray
1 large leek
salt, pepper, ½ tsp nutmeg
375 g puff pastry
100 g Stilton, crumbled
1 egg

Fry leeks till soft and season.
Roll pastry and cut into 4 saucer sizes
Place on baking tray and chill for 10 min.
Place leek on circles, top with crumbled cheese
Brush edges with egg and bake for 10-15min at GM 6

This is really easy to make and I previously have prepared and brushed with egg then put excess tarts in the freezer (and excess tart does not mean my spare tyre) and taken them out and baked as required.
