Summer Eggs

Summer Eggs

Adapted from an Old WW cookbook  

No Count recipe

2 oz Philadelphia lightest
salt & Pepper
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped  
6 green olives, chopped    
1 stick celery, chopped  
3 spring onions, chopped
1 tablespoon sliced pimiento  


Simply mix together the cheese and seasoning and stir in the other ingredients.

Use on crispbreads, as a sandwich filling or on a jacket potato.
