Lemon, Lime and Ginger Creams

Lemon, Lime and Ginger Creams

This was on the back of an old jelly packet I had in the cupboard and it sounds delicious.
Serves 4 
½ syn per serving

1 pack lemon and lime sugar free jelly
250g quark
1 piece stem ginger drained (2 syns) and finely chopped

Make up the jelly sachet with ½ pint boiling water and allow to cool.
Add the quark and blend together.
Stir in the chopped stem ginger.

Divide between individual dishes and chill until set.
