Lemon, Lime and Ginger Creams
This was on the back of an old jelly packet I had in the cupboard
and it sounds delicious.
Serves 4
½ syn per serving
1 pack lemon and lime sugar free jelly
250g quark
1 piece stem ginger drained (2 syns) and finely chopped
Make up the jelly sachet with ½ pint boiling water and allow to cool.
Add the quark and blend together.
Stir in the chopped stem ginger.
Add the quark and blend together.
Stir in the chopped stem ginger.
Divide between individual dishes and chill until set.
