Double Chocolate Cake

Double Chocolate Cake
Whole cake 6 syns and 1 HeB or 11 1/2 syns * (see notes)

4 Scan Bran (4 syns)
1 Weetabix (3 syns)
1 tbsp. golden syrup (2½ syns)
4/6 tbs sweetener (4 - 6 syns)
2 eggs beaten
14g bournville broken up or other dark chocolate (3½ syns)
chocolate extract

Soak the Scan Bran in boiling water to soften. Then drain and mash, then add golden syrup, sweetener, a few drops of chocolate extract and a little of the egg and mix well.
Then crumble in the weetabix and add the rest of the egg and some more chocolate extract depending on how chocolaty you want it!!
Then place into a microwavable dish and then poke in the bits of dark chocolate all over in random places. 
Note
Artificial sweetener needs to be synned now at 1 syn per tbsp
