Chicken Tikka Curry

Chicken Tikka Curry

Serves 4
Syn free

1 Onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
2 x 400 g tins chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp tikka spice
1 tsp chill powder or to taste
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp ground Coriander 
4 Chicken breasts chopped
Fresh Coriander, chopped

Fry onion in fry light until soft, do the same with the peppers.

Add the tomatoes and all the spices,let it simmer for about 10-15 mins.

Add chicken and let it simmer until chicken is cooked.

Midway through the cooking add some fresh coriander.

Note:

Use quorn or prawns instead of the chicken.
